Risk and Reliability Expert, Marius Basson
President & CEO
Marius Basson
Marius Basson is President and CEO of Aladon. He began his career as a design engineer in South Africa, designing military and heavy mining equipment. There, he quickly realized that there is a big gap between what the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) prescribe and what end-users really need for maintenance and spare parts. In 1996, he pursued a career in business and reliability consulting where he could implement improvement processes and became president of Aladon in 2014.
